Educational Axis<br \/>\nTo be a leading academic institution in preparing qualified female cadres who possess scientific and educational competence, and who contribute effectively to the development of education and scientific research, building a society permeated by awareness, knowledge, and sublime human values through:<br \/>\nContinuously reviewing and developing curricula and study plans in order to be in accordance with the latest global standards in education, sport sciences, counseling, kindergarten and mathematics, with emphasis on practical applications and modern technology.<br \/>\nEnhancing teaching quality by adopting modern student-centered strategies, such as project-based learning, cooperative learning and simulations to deepen understanding and develop critical thinking skills.<br \/>\nProfessionally qualifying graduates by equipping them with advanced specialization skills (e.g., counseling skills; fitness and training skills; child-development skills or modern mathematics teaching skills) and ensuring they possess the required competencies for effective professional practice.<br \/>\nDeveloping curricula in tune with the era\u2019s requirements and modern educational \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0technologies.<br \/>\nPromoting ethical, national and social values among students.<\/p>\n<p>Encouraging student activities that help build a perfect student personality.<br \/>\nStrengthening scientific cooperation with colleges and educational institutions, both inside and outside Iraq.<br \/>\n-2Research &amp; Innovation Axis<br \/>\nSupporting scientific research: encouraging faculty members and students to carry out applied scientific research that addresses educational and societal issues.<br \/>\nDisseminating knowledge: organising conferences, seminars and workshops to publish research outcomes and exchange experiences and knowledge with other academic and professional bodies.<br \/>\nQuality and excellence: maintaining commitment to comprehensive quality standards in education and scientific research.<br \/>\nIntegrity and responsibility: adopting transparency and honesty in academic and \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0administrative performance.<br \/>\n-3 Community &amp;
