Department of Physical Education & Sport Sciences
Vision: The Department aims to achieve leadership and excellence in preparing specialised female cadres in physical education and sports sciences, thereby contributing to building an aware generation with intellectual and physical fitness and the ability to contribute to comprehensive community development.
Mission: The department works to prepare graduates with professional and scientific competence in physical education, through a stimulating academic environment that emphasises scientific research and field training, and seeks to develop athletic performance and physical and skill capacities in accordance with Iraqi society’s needs.
Objectives:
Preparing specialised female teachers who possess educational and scientific skills in physical education and sports sciences.
Developing educational and training programs that meet the needs of educational and sports institutions.
Encouraging scientific research that contributes to the advancement of teaching and sports-training methods.

Department of Psychological Counseling & Educational Guidance
Vision: To be a distinguished centre in preparing female educational counsellors capable of contributing to building a psychologically and educationally balanced female student personality in Iraq, based on modern scientific foundations that respect human and social values.

Mission
The department seeks to prepare specialists in psychological counselling and educational guidance, equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide psychological and educational support to learners and to promote mental health in educational institutions and the community.
Objectives:
Preparing female graduates specialised in psychological counselling and educational guidance who are capable of handling student problems effectively.
Equipping students with communication and effective listening skills and an understanding of human behaviour.
Developing scientific research in the fields of educational psychology and scholastic  counselling.
Enhancing the role of the educational counsellor in preventing behavioural and psychological perversions.

Department of Kindergarten (Early Childhood Education)
Vision: The department aspires to be in the lead in preparing female educators specialised in early childhood, capable of building creative and aware generations who possess sound psychological and educational foundations

The department aims to prepare qualified female teachers in child education who possess the skills necessary to work with children and enhance their cognitive, social and emotional abilities through advanced curricula combining theory and praxis.

Objectives:
Preparing specialised female educators in teaching and caring for children during the pre-school stages.
Developing students’ skills in planning appropriate learning and educational activities for children.
Conducting research and studies on childhood problems and educational methods to address them.
Promoting positive attitudes towards the profession of early education.

The department seeks to prepare graduates with a strong scientific foundation in theoretical and applied mathematics, employing logical thinking and problem-solving skills in the educational process, and encouraging scientific research and mathematical innovation.
